Chevron's Gemini Payment Solution

Chevron has around 1,100 independently-owned sites operating under its Texaco brand in the UK.

HTEC provide a complete payment network to Chevron including service for both terminal maintenance and payment data handling. The Gemini payment terminals used are designed and built by HTEC in their UK manufacturing facility.

As well as maintaining the terminals and PIN-pads, HTEC provide a refurbishment service, along with on-line web based call tracking service that enables Chevron to review HTEC support performance.

Service levels to support this equipment have been high, typically generating service level percentages of between 92% and 97% for the last 12 months.
