HTEC Contract Services

HTEC Ltd provides multiple Contract Services to customers, including deployment services, field service maintenance, in-house services and support; and outsourcing where HTEC can provide qualified and experienced personnel to assist on a variety of projects.

HTEC have a national network of deployment engineers who can provide a wide range of services, including site surveys and communications infrastructure design and installation. HTEC can also provide on-site maintenance support ranging from next day warranty repair to a 4 hour response, 24/7 cover.

HTEC can also provide in-house support from bench repair to providing support through the technical help desk.
